Our Approach to Public Relations

We believe strategic communications is content based on stories from our partners’ customers, team and stakeholders. It is a strategic combination of integrated earned media, shared media, owned media and paid media that work collectively – also known as the PESO Model

  • Paid media is content you have paid for

  • Earned media is content you have earned originated from a third party

  • Shared media is content you share on social media

  • Owned media is content you own and place on sites you own, such as your website and blog

We are passionate, uber-creative storytellers and steadfastly believe that everyone has a story to tell. We are the people to tell them.

And who said PR isn’t fun?

What Do Our PR Interns Do?

Public relations interns are an invaluable part of our public relations firm. Interns are our company's future, and they play an essential role in the day-to-day work that goes on at the agency.

Public relations interns support a variety of things at TrizCom PR. For example, they might write press releases, website or blog copy, manage archives and photo resources, prepare media kits or plan special events or promotions. They may also pitch media outlets, interact with vendors and collect research.

No two days are alike for public relations interns. They may be busy pitching stories to reporters and setting up interviews one day and then spend the next day writing a byline article or conducting google analytics research. Whatever they’re doing, they are learning about the industry and gaining experience that will help them in their future careers.

The TrizCom PR team is excited to have new interns join us this fall. We know every PR intern gains valuable experience and knowledge while working with us. So, if you’re interested in a career in public relations, TrizCom PR is the perfect place to start your journey.
