Dianne believes in and practices an approach to managing crises, issues and longer-term reputational impact that can yield positive, long-term rewards. Improvement can always come at the hand of crisis; opportunity exists even when you’re not looking for it.

Credentials and Professional Standing

Dianne is nationally Accredited in Public Relations and a lifetime inductee into the Public Relations Society of America’s College of Fellows. She is the Oregon recipient of the William W. Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award in Public Relations as well as the Ron Schmidt Award from Community Involvement. She has been named the PR Practitioner of the Year from the PRSA North Pacific District and The Paul Lund Public Service award from PRSA’s International office. Dianne is a founding member of The Public Relations Collective.
